This is the area across the street from the "grassy knoll," called Dealy Plaza where many people were standing and waving to the President and his wife at the time he was shot.
Looking back up the street -- not a good view of the book depository because of the tree -- but it gives you an idea of the building in conjunction with the street.
Here is a better shot of the building. The famous window is on the far right -- second from the top. The group crossing the street is our group.
Here is our family at Dealy Plaza.
The "other" Brown family -- Bonnie, Kaitlin and Barrie.
We were told that if you go to Texas, you have to experience the weekend rodeo -- so we did... If you watch the little movie, you can too!
Clark, the future rodeo bull rider?
A fun field trip to the Bureau of Engraving and Printing. For obvious reasons, they didn't allow cameras, so it's this....
...and a picture of the shuttle bus we rode to the factory -- cool bus huh? They say, the buck starts here...we had to explain it to the kids! Sometimes I feel so old....
Who are these goofy kids I had to sit by on the plane?
Home with the new souvenir t-shirts on. It was a great trip.
