One of our favorite Mutual activites is playing 'Where's Waldo?' at the Mall. The Laurels and Priests dress up hoping no one will recognize them and then they hang out at the Mall posing as 'the public.' The younger kids, grouped into teams, all have to run around the mall trying to find them.
