There was also a fair amount of eating -- everything from fried macaroni and cheese apetizers to amazing desserts.
A fun afternoon in Point Defiance Park playing Loopers that Pat and Wally brought up with them in their car.
The idea is to throw a length of rope with golf balls attached to each end in the air toward the opposite pipe frame and try to get them to wrap around or at least rest across the bars. Points are awarded and you can knock each others off. Did any of that make sense? We have one of these games -- if you are interested, you may borrow it -- it makes a great activity for the cub scouts...this I know.
Look alike cousins Jess and Tess.
It was important to stand around to watch and critique each other's lack of skill at this new and innovative game.
Clark and Elliot had a lot of fun -- they've had the most experience with the game since we have one and P&W have one at the cabin.
We had the celebration dinner at the Lodge in a special private room.
We had a couple of slide shows to keep everyone entertained during dinner.

The happy couple at the beginning.
Pat and Wally looking at the memory books -- they loved them. Diane did a wonderful job.
