Wyoming Family History

Here we are on our guided tour of Wyoming.
We visited several cemeteries, starting with Almy.
Alan made great notes and Pat talked into a tape recorder so that hopefully we now have good records.
This was our family plot. It was amazing...we counted I think 19 people that died as infants or small children. All of the really little headstones were infants.

Here we are in the Evanston Cemetery.
Clark's not trying to choke Grandpa -- he just wants to take a look through his camera!
Stopping for a bite of lunch in front of the hopsital in Rock Springs.
Our final cememtery - Rock Springs.
While it wasn't always super interesting to Clark, he was a good sport and had fun, especially stealing his Grandpa's hat!
We drove up into Superior Wyoming only to discover that all the homes in West Superior are gone. There is hardly a trace of a whole town once existing there.
On the way home we stopped in Wanship at the Spring Chicken Inn for dinner -- a place that has been around forever, is famous for their fried chicken and apparently is somewhat of a family tradition. It was a fun day.
