Alan with his mother on their way into the temple the day of our wedding.
Having our picture taken on the temple stairs after the wedding ceremony.
Of course like everyone else, we had to stand in the traditional spot. Apparently back when the temple was built, there used to be actual statues in the alcoves.
Ah...young lovers.
Oh my...is he really going to attempt to pick her up?
Apparently so! I think I remember there was soggy grass for him to get me across.
We performed a musical number together at our wedding breakfast at the Hotel Utah.
The refreshments being plated at the reception. I think it was a brownie with ice cream and a nut / mint cup. And of course we had the famous Brown family rhubarb slush.
Don't know who the boy is, but it is photographic evidence of the rhubarb slush.
Twenty six years later at the Shakespearean Festival in Cedar City. Older, but wiser?
We enjoyed watching the green show with our friends Steve and Marla before the play.
Now everyone is heading into the theater on the left. Alan is resting on the lawn while he is waiting for me.
It is a great outdoor theater and some great Shakespeare! We always sit in the balcony so we have a little protection in case of a light drizzle.
Steve and Alan outside the Garden House, a favorite place to eat in Cedar City.
Our friend Steve is a general manager for Marriott and was able to get us some really nice rooms!
The set of Annie before the play starts in the Tuacahn outdoor theater
It was a bit warm...
But a lot of fun.
