Christmas, 2003
Dear Family and Friends,
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! This year has been a great one for our family, with the main events being the graduation of Loren and Phillip from Waterford and their subsequent leaving home to enter the real world. We have really missed having them in our home on a daily basis, but are so thrilled with the great experiences they are having at BYU.
Of course, the year was filled with many other events and opportunities. Here are some of the highlights (each of these links opens a new window -- close it to return to this page):
Michelene's 40th Birthday trip with Alan to Hawaii
Taking the four older kids to the Celine Dion Concert
Phillip and Loren's graduation from Waterford
Finally replacing very old cars with fairly new cars
Death defying Youth Conference stunts
Alan's Grandmother's 90th Birthday
A family vacation at Pajaro Dunes, California
Michelene's trip to Florida with her friend, Melora
Phillip and Loren leaving home to attend BYU
Volleyball, volleyball, and more volleyball
Many soccer games
After 4 years with the Young Women, a Cub Scout calling for Michelene
Four new babies -- no, not for us...Cherry and Melinda and Megan!
Waterford and Jr. Jazz basketball
Clark losing his front tooth? (As of publication date, the tooth is very wiggly!)
If that does it for you, great -- you're done! If, however, you are interested in more details or in pictures of these events, you can visit our family web site at www.brown8.com.
We are grateful for the holidays to remind us of what we actually know all year around; that we are truly blessed as a family. We hope that all is well with you and your families and that the new year will bring much happiness.
Love,
The Browns: A, M, P, L, T, M, E, & C
