Christmas Eve dinner at our home...
with Alan's parents and his Aunt Shirley -- and it looks like a couple of Santa's helpers.
A little after-dinner entertainment -- Elliot at the marimba and his sisters at the piano.
They like to sit down and sightread all kinds of music with one playing the left hand and one playing the right.
Then Alan read the Christmas story to everyone.
Then we had Shirley open a gift from us. We gave her a bracelet with a picture of each one of our kids in it. She loved it -- she is always wishing she had kids or grandkids of her own to brag about -- so we let her borrow ours!
On Christmas Eve we give our kids a "Gift from the Heart."
This year we gave them each a small statue of the Salt Lake Temple.
We also gave them a letter with our feelings about the temple.
Our own traditional breakfast on Christmas morning....
Breakfast casserole, orange rolls, and hash browns.
A digital camera for Clark.
