The fifth grade boys have the tradition of doing a Russian folk dance in the yearly dance recital. They love it! Everyone claps as the music starts to go faster and faster. Elliot is on the front row - second from the right. I think he's actually airborne!
 Elliot was actually very good at swinging his leg around and around his body. Oh, to be young again!

Grandma Pat thinks he looks just like his Great Great Grandpa Francesco Moser.
 I don't know. . . . It's probably the mustache, since I'm betting Grandpa Moser wasn't only 4' 5" tall!
 Elliot's class assembly, "The Road to Freedom," was done completely in original student poetry.
The fifth grade also had Famous American Day -- Elliot decided to write his report on Albert Einstein and then he got to dress up like him for the day. Go ahead -- ask him anything.
