Obviously I have too much time on my hands!
 I'm feeling very "Autumnal" and had to satisfy a sudden urge to bottle peaches! A friend had access to free apples and offered to teach me how to make and can applesauce -- why not?! It turned out yummy.
 The amazing part of the whole apple project was deciding to try making apple dumplings. Seriously delicious when you add a little vanilla ice cream on the side.
