We learned all about the process of making chocolate. This picture shows rows and rows of chocolate kisses.
Gosh, which guy is cuter? I'm tempted to take the Kit Kat - I guess I'll just have to love 'em both!
Elliot wishes it were filled with chocolate syrup - unfortunately it was only a bank...
Of course we needed ice cream cones on the way out. Personally, I didn't think the air smelled like chocolate like everyone says...a fun little stop.
First stop in Philadelphia - The Liberty Bell. Very cracked and very cool in real life.
Both families spending the day in Philly. Notice Clark and Elliot both have their t-shirts from Hershey on.
While we were waiting in line to tour Independence Hall, Elliot discovered he had a Pennsylvania quarter made right there at the Mint in Philly which we didn't get to see because it was Saturday and they were closed - darn. Cool quarter though!
Independence Hall - another National Park. It was very fun for the kids after watching National Treasure so many times.
Had to take a picture of the cool painting.
So, here we are in the room where the actual Declaration of Independence was signed - too cool for words. I love historical buildings.
Madeleine formed a strong attachment to Anna. She says we should "get one of these."
Having lunch in Independence Square which is never complete without....
